Welcome to the Fall 2023 season of League City Sharks Volleyball. 

 

This Fall we will have two different programs the same way we have done in the past.

First Practice is September 20th for both Programs.  Season runs until Sunday, November 12th

 

ATTACK PROGRAM - 

This program is designed for 4th and 5th graders who are interested in playing volleyball, but not quite ready for specific positions.  At this level, we are developing instincts, techniques, and knowledge of the game.  There is an opportunity for each girl to play each position, and playing time will be equal.  This group will practice on Wednesday nights from 5:40 - 7:00 and Sunday afternoons from 2:10-3:30. Each player will need to have a pair of knee pads and court shoes.  The plan is by week 2, that we will have t-shirts for the girls to wear to practice.  

 

If you think your daughter is advanced and would like her to be in the Premier program, please contact me at 281-433-4437 to discuss how that would work.

 

Tournaments

There will be 3 tournaments for this age group, and most likely they will either be in Pearland, Dickinson or the League City area.  

 

Payment

The cost of the program is $295.  Registration will be done on League Apps and you can pay on there with a credit card.  If you want to pay with another method, you can make payment by check, cash, or Venmo.  Contact Chris Cole at 281-433-4437 for directions on payment.

 

Refunds

Between July 19th and August 31, I will refund all but a $25 administrative fee for those who 

withdrawal

Between September 1 and September 20, I will refund half of the registration cost.

After September 20, there will not be any refunds.

PREMIER PROGRAM

This program is designed for advanced 5th graders and all 6th graders who are interested in playing volleyball.  At this level, we are developing instincts, techniques, and knowledge of the game.  Our more advanced teams at this age will play position based volleyball.  The lower teams will not.  This group will practice on Wednesday nights from 7:00 - 8:25 and Sunday afternoons from 3:30 - 5:00. Each player will need to have a pair of knee pads and court shoes.
