If you have not completed your registration, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Step 1.  Click here to sign a waiver for your child.  If you have multiple children in the league, you can add all of them on one waiver form.

 

Step 2.  Making the payment.

Option 1 - Venmo (@LeagueCity-Sharks, last four digits are 8447).  If you pay by Venmo, please do not select the "Goods and Services" option.  This puts a fee on it that is not included in the cost of the league.  The cost is $170.00 per player using this option.  Siblings will receive a $10 discount for each additional child.  So 1 player would be $170.00, 2 would be $330.00, 3 would be $480.00.

Option 2 - Credit Card by clicking here ($5 fee for credit card). The total will be $175.00 per player.  The $5 fee is added into the cost automatically.  If you are paying for siblings by credit card, please contact us and we will refund you the sibling discount.

Option 3 - Cash or Check - If you are paying by cash or check, please contact us by emailing us at leaguecitysharks1@gmail.com to arrange a way to submit payment.

 

Once the waiver is signed and the payment is made, you will be contacted about the skills evaluation by November 1st.

 

If you make a payment after your division is full, we will give you a full refund within 3 business days.
